PRODUCTION ASSISTANT/ ASSOCIATE PRODUCER - TEMPORARY

What We Need:


The Distributed Development Group manage a rolodex of world class partnerships. Sourcing, vetting, and paying our co-development and middleware partners requires a skilled multitasking team. We’re looking for a PA/ Associate Producer who relishes seeking out top talent, working with our development studios, and overseeing tracking of tasks, negotiations, contracts and invoices. This is often a client-facing job that requires long-term relationship building. If you are a creative and detail-oriented person who loves to collaborate, then we want to meet you!




What You Will Do:

• Tracking tasks and priorities from request to completion
• Coordinate meetings, discussions and negotiations between internal and external parties
• Manage Contracts, Invoices and Payments for external partners
• Support department coordinators and managers with additional daily tasks

The ideal candidate needs to be a self-starter, adept at managing their own time, and an excellent communicator and record keeper. Above all, the ideal candidate must want to provide steadfast reliability to our outsourcing team and exquisite customer service to our internal game teams and partners.

• 1-3 years of production experience, particularly within creative fields including Video Games, Film or Television Production
• Strong database and spreadsheet skills
• Highly collaborative and able to communicate gracefully, maintaining partner relationships
• Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to break down complicated goals into detailed, digestible, and clear content descriptions
• Strong attention to detail, especially with regards to dates and scheduling
• Great enthusiasm for games and creative development
