Our Agoura Hills studio is looking for an Outsourcing Producer to work with our team to establish relationships and pipelines that ensure delivery of high quality game content from multiple outsource partners. You’ll be responsible for gathering requirements, identifying partners, driving service agreements and managing the flow of critical game assets that support initiatives to improve our gameplay, visuals, and game features to help make the next iteration of WWE 2K the best ever.
What You’ll Do
- Gather and track asset requirements across all pods in the WWE2K team
- Develop, maintain, and manage relationships, schedules, and budgets with outsource partners
- Write proposals to solicit bids and tests from outsource partners
- Set and manage expectations to ensure highest quality deliverables
- Build standardized processes and predictable cadence to insure timely feedback
- Troubleshoot, identify, and quickly execute on production issues and/or inefficiencies
- Coordinate the daily and weekly flow of information between departments regarding deadlines, assignments and priorities
- Keep the internal tracking systems up-to-date with meeting/discussion notes, tasks, assignees, priorities, due dates and statuses
Requirements
- Four or more years of game production experience
- One or more shipped games with significant scope of outsourcing ownership
- Experience setting clear goals, planning and delivering features with cross functional teams and multiple competing requirements
- Outstanding project management capabilities, documentation, tracking and transparency
- Attention to detail and completeness, ability to see around corners, anticipate issues
- Familiarity with development tooling, Perforce, build systems, integrated test
- Organized, excellent communication skills, passion for games, collaborative demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Environment, Character or Character Tech Art
- Project management training in Scrum or other agile framework
- Experience in Jira or other project management software
- Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, Test Track Pro, Excel, Google Drive and Shotgun
