Outsourcing Manager - Animation (Contract)

With multiple awards to our name, Larian Studios has proven that we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality role-playing games. We are now looking for a Outsource Manager to work with our Animators!
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with third parties, internal management and team leads
- Prepare and review assets from external companies.
- Generate invoices/task lists for prepared assets.
- Work closely with animators to provide solid documentation for 3rd party outsourcers.
- Manage any outsourcing needs. Help identify processes that will improve quality and efficiency.
- Schedule meetings, track changes and feedback for external companies.
- Integrate and importing approved assets into the game engine.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of experience as an animator.
- 1-2+ years of experience as a rigger.
- Autonomous, you are running the team alongside the lead, you make the plans.
- Hands on, you know how your team does their work.
- Experience running a creative team or comparable experience.
- Solution oriented. Always driving to make the best game possible. Able to communicate effectively with Animation and Technical Animation.
- Able to work with different cultures and backgrounds from around the world. Understand creative/design schedules, hurdles, timelines, and achievements.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Hands-on attitude.
- Creative problem-solver. Self-reliant. Calm and deliberate within a highly dynamic, energized, and rapidly changing environment.
- Devote yourself to maintaining a positive work environment.
- Be willing and able to travel to our different studios and partners.
- Experience with a game engine is a plus.
- Previous experience as working with or as an outsourcing company is a plus.
