Job Title: Organized Play Program Manager (Italy & Central Europe)
Job Summary: This role will organize, manage, and deliver projects/programs for the organization. This position will require international travel (20%).

What you’ll do
Supporting the Play! Retail Development team including the following:
- Responsible for managing the retail development programs in Italy and Central Europe. Drive projects in order to grow the Play! Store program focusing on the following areas:
- Provide regular analysis of market situation and frequent reporting on development success
- Expand local hobby and independent toy store networks both through vendors and by effectively running activities like webinars and trainings
- Explore opportunities to roll-out Play! program to suitable chain store businesses in the same industry while maintaining growth in all channels
- Develop, plan and execute recurring B2B events and activities like Retailer Days or Store Tours and provide detailed reporting to stakeholders
- Plan and execute in-person and virtual retailer summits in selected markets to connect with our retailers through workshops and seminars:
- Identify target retail customers, locations and timing for a comprehensive series of events for an optimal outreach to selected markets
- Plan schedule including forecasting all costs, developing workshop content and branding, supervise execution and manage all vendors involved
- Collaborate across teams for optimal use of cross-pillar synergies of the brand and products available in each market
- Evaluate each project including analysis of feedback to identify actionable tasks, in-depth reporting of project operation and reporting to stakeholders
- Responsible for the management of selected Organised Play programs and collaborating with Sales, Marketing and other teams on:
- Planning, communication and handling of all processes across stakeholders
- Forecasting and fulfilment of materials, planning and follow-up on design requests
- Individual follow-up with retailers, resellers and vendors to achieve highest rate of participation among active Play! Pokémon Stores
- Frequent reporting, analysis and presentation to (senior) management
- Work on development, execution and continuous evaluation of selected marketing activities through cross-departmental collaboration:
- Initiation and planning of marketing activities related to the Play! Pokémon Store program
- Independently manage budget, development, production and distribution of selected marketing campaigns
- Coordinate sourcing and use of marketing materials with Marketing, PR, Social, Design, Localisation, Retail Marketing, Sales and external vendors
- Frequently evaluate effectiveness and explore opportunities to improve marketing activities relevant to each program and market
- Liaison with key community and professional stakeholders to promote the Play! Pokémon grassroots programs and frequently attending international events of the industry:
- Resellers & Retailers
- Pokémon Professors
- International Vendors
- Conventions & Trade Shows
What you’ll bring
- Three (3) to four (4) years of related professional experience.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Marketing, Sales or Project Management qualifications desirable
- Business fluent English and Italian required, fluency in other European languages desirable
- Proven experience in the hobby retail landscape in Italy and/or Central Europe
- Experience in retail development and/or grassroots play retention programs a plus
- A great communicator, coordinator, organiser and presenter who can effectively and efficiently manage projects and engage with people
- Ability to present information in concise overviews both to public audiences and to internal stakeholders
- Highly numerate and goal oriented with clear understanding of relevant KPI required
- Familiarity with SWOT, PESTEL and other analytical tools a plus
- Fully conversant in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), additional experience with Zendesk, Salesforce and JIRA a plus
- Driving licence preferable
