This is a unique opportunity to join a successful and highly valued team that is responsible for Farm Heroes Saga, one of the biggest mobile games in the world. In this newly created role, as Organisational Development Specialist, you will enable and support the success of our game team and play an important role in building a healthy organisation.
Reporting to the Organisational Development Lead, you will focus on a number of key initiatives such as engagement, productivity and development to ensure that our teams are enabled. In addition, you will support work streams which foster a high performance culture, where valuing learning, continuous improvement and diversity are the norm. Passionate about team dynamics and striving to always improve and raise the bar, you will apply ‘best- practice’ and use projects and change management techniques.
You will partner with game leads, Agile, HR, L&D and DE&I teams to drive activities aimed at improving the culture across the game. With the ability to connect with people at all levels, you will have a great understanding of the sentiment of the team and have the ability to facilitate workshops and influence at all levels.
YOUR ROLE WITHIN OUR KINGDOM
- Develop initiatives that supports a playful culture by facilitating engaging and valuable events
- Drive projects and workstreams to advance Engagement, Enablement, Culture, and DE&I across Farm.
- Monitor and track milestones on workstreams, projects and processes led by you to enable cross- functional collaboration to reach successful outcomes within focus areas.
- Engage and work closely with managers and employees at all levels to help improve key performance indicators and key results
- Distribute information and help the areas and teams define, understand, take ownership of, and improve the key metrics for their respective space
- Improve and accelerate team dynamics (forming, storming, norming, performing, adjourning)
- Encourage healthy, open and positive communications where teams can voice their opinions.
- Enable confidence in a strong and safe feedback culture.
- Create awareness around team health and sentiment (for example, pulse surveys / improvement options) and internal motivation/ownership/autonomy/happiness
- Foster an environment that encourages cross collaboration and swift decision making
SKILLS TO CREATE THRILLS
- Previous experience within a HR, learning, change or agile role required
- Great communication skills and the ability to challenge as required
- Experience in coaching distributed teams remotely in different locations
- Ability to coach individuals and groups to drive vital action
- Ability to prioritise your responsibilities based on their the game teams needs
- You are a change agent with the skills and desire to change the status quo for the better.

- Ability to use data to inform decisions and influence others through storytelling
- Excellent ability to analyse an organisation and diagnose the root cause of the problem
- Able to draw on external models, knowledge and network to continually drive improvements

- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done
- Good understanding of the software development process
