Order Fulfilment Operator

Summary

To configure machines whilst ensuring the customer receives a product which is of the highest quality and in accordance with their requirements (subject to compliance restrictions)
2. Be fully aware that the customers are defined as:
a) The Paying Customer
b) The Internal Customer, your colleague whom is the recipient of your work.
3. To comply and be aware of the Aristocrat Corporate procedures manuals.

What You'll Do

Production
1. Work to an assigned daily schedule and daily output target provided by the Order Fulfilment Team Lead - Production.
2. Accurately prepare machines to the specification of a customer order work instruction.
3. The ability to read and comprehend BOM instructions, complete material requisition and material return forms.
4. Convert machines to specification as per instructions from the Order fulfilment Team Lead - Production and relevant paperwork. Particular importance is required for all aspects of the work including testing and responsibility for customer satisfaction.
5. Keep records of technical specification including individual customer notes so that repeat orders can be identically set up if required.
6. Completion of build paperwork for all completed units in a timely and legible fashion.
7. To understand the company policies and make the Order Fulfilment Team Lead - Production aware of the potential for any unapproved software or hardware installed.
8. Be familiar with the service/parts manuals and additional technical notes.
9. As well as understanding the history of the Company and customer base, keep up to date with new product releases.
10. Organise the packing of stock and machine orders making the Order Fulfilment Team Lead – Production aware of packing material shortages.

Warehouse
1. Ensure that the warehouse is maintained in a presentable and tidy state at all times.
2. Assist with stock taking as deemed relevant throughout the calendar year.
3. Assisting as and when required with organising the storage and packing of stock machines and parts in identifiable locations

General Duties
1. General duties as instructed by the Order Fulfilment Team Lead - Production including maintenance duties throughout the premises.
2. Fully accountable for all equipment and tools including provision of general maintenance.
3. To work as an effective member of the team whilst ensuring that personal behaviour conforms to Aristocrat’s Code of Conduct.

What We're Looking For

1. 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing
2. A qualification Electronical engineering would be deemed an advantage
3. Friendly and positive personality with the ability to relate to and communicate with internal and external customers.
4. Articulate written and verbal communication skills.
5. A mature approach and professional presentation.
6. Ability to work autonomously and to multi-task.
7. Excel Computer literacy with regards to:
