Operations Project Coordinator & Technical Support Manager Contractor

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator & Technical Support Manager to manage implementation, logistics and ongoing technical support for specific projects. This position will coordinate initial project implementation, conduct ongoing follow up and create and manage the technical support process. The ability to work independently and with cross-functional stakeholders, both internal and external to Tangible Play, is a must!
Core Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmap for assigned projects with agreed upon deadlines and KPIs
- Develop, implement and manage technical customer support plan(s) including development of knowledge base, FAQs, staffing and communication framework
- Perform as internal and external point of contact for assigned projects
- Build thorough technical understanding of products and associated software
- Coordinate and manage weekly update meetings
- Produce periodic and ad hoc project reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
- Professional certification in project management
- 2 or more years of experience in technical support and/or project management positions
- Experience in developing and implementing technical support plans
- Experience with project management planning
- Ability to work independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Expertise in related systems (Microsoft Office/Project, Google Workspace, Jira, etc)
