The Operations Manager is an organized, self-motived, and communicative individual who is responsible for the overall operations of a local studio. You will be responsible for ensuring that the production teams are supported in terms of IT, Legal, Operational, Marketing and Human Resource related needs. The goal is to enable to team to grow, do their best work, and have an enjoyable environment to work in.

You will report directly to the Studio Manager of the country and work closely with the global leadership team to ensure initiatives and best practices are coordinated.

Requirements

Lead a cross functional team consisting of IT, Human Resources, Operations, Finance, Marketing and Legal professionals based in Colombia.

Proactively identifies issues that can affect the studio’s operations, propose and implement solutions.

Plan, establish, and monitor initiatives to improve operational efficiency and excellence with the goal of making Streamline Studios a world-class development studio and preferred place to work.

Manage changing priorities and implement plans (staffing, space planning etc.) to meet business and project needs.

Developing and maintaining a company culture that is progressive, open-minded, personal growth-focused, and non-prejudiced.

Act as a back up to the Studio Manager in case of absence.

Take ownership of the appropriate culturalization to international recruitment and marketing assets, event coordination, and local PR activity.

Conduct benefit analysis to find the best competitive offer for employees and employers.

Assist and mentor leads and project managers in evaluating the performance of staff members and dispensing disciplinary action where necessary.

Support professional growth initiatives through competence-sharing platforms & leadership programs.

Use feedback, metrics, and retrospectives to drive studio improvements and plan future initiatives for the studio.

Be point of contact between global production team (Eg: Bidder/IT/Production)

Assist in providing cost estimates & resource requirements for projects

Assist and mentor leads and project managers in evaluating performance of staff members and dispensing disciplinary action where necessary.

Support professional growth initiatives through competence sharing platforms & leadership programs.

Primary point of contact with local schools and Universities

Prior experience in at least three of the following fields: IT, Human Resources, Operations, Finance, Marketing, or Legal.

Experience leading and building a multidisciplinary and multicultural team.
