We're looking for an Operations Manager, reporting to the Head of QVS Operations, partnering with QVS leaders and the existing operations team, to guide the planning and control of our operational activities.
The role responsibilities:
- Provide necessary oversight and support in the execution of essential QVS operational responsibilities.
- Partner with QVS business operations leaders, our Resource Management Office (RMO), our Program Management Office (PMO), and our People Experience (PE), Talent Acquisition (TA) and Finance partners, to identify opportunities & lead process improvements.
- Manage the learning and development plans for us in collaboration with the Learning and Communications team.
- Lead workshops with cross-organizational teams using different collaboration tools (Miro, Asana, Trello)
- Improve operating workflows and manual processes by implementing scalable, simplified and automated solutions across multiple disciplines that consider analytics and technology.
- Implement measurements that track discipline performance, delivery, and financial status to find and address core risks to our business and partner teams.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within our essential processes, align with partners, and implement.
- Use data and insights as a resource to guide efficient decisions across our business.
- Work with the operations teams to understand overall headcount across resource types including: financial impact, chargeback variance, and focused analysis.
- Manage maintenance and evolution of our QVS overall and BU-specific operations dashboards.
- Support or own aspects of the consolidated QVS operating and capital budgets, including resource plans.
- Monitor progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
What you bring:
- Your experience using data and business expertise to inform decisions.
- Develop measurements that track discipline performance, delivery, and financial status to find and address core risks to our business and partner teams.
- Experience with process improvement and automation tools.
- Proficient change management skills.
- The ability to track, model and present information in engaging ways.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in operations management or a related field.
