The Operations team sits at the intersection of the Roblox platform and our most important brand partners. Operations is responsible for managing the trafficking, delivery, and reporting of digital campaigns for multiple brand partners. The team will also manage the processes, tools, and technologies that support the Partnerships team. As the Operations Manager, Partnerships, you'll help define and drive strategic, operational and organizational optimizations across the company with a focus on brand partners’ needs.
You Will:
- Work with brand partners on a regular basis to ensure that insertion orders and instructions are clearly understood, creatives are tested and approved, and that all campaign deliverables are met
- Track, measure and report performance of advertising campaigns on Roblox to brand partners
- Work with the Partnerships team in identifying processes or capabilities that could benefit from product automation and development
- Create presentations and data stories to communicate success in our partnerships and why partners should continue growing their presence on Roblox
- Conduct analysis of major marketing initiatives to understand the drivers of successful projects on Roblox
You Are:
- Experience, with 3+ years working in Operations, AdOps, or Sales Operations
- Curious, and able to synthesize large amounts of data to create actionable insights
- Advanced in Excel, and able to analyze and communicate data
For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.
Annual Salary Range
$125,980 — $158,690 USD
