Our critically acclaimed studio has opened a brand new studio in Austin, TX. We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our new studio in Austin, TX. We are looking for someone who will be a positive resource for our studio staff, ready to work with every department with a variety of responsibilities. Player Profile
Experience:
Experience in having worked as an office manager for teams in mature companies
Experience working with and supporting C and Executive level employees
Experience in having organized team building or social events
Excellent organization and logistics skills
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
Experience in having worked with purchase orders, suppliers and with budgets
High level of autonomy and self-motivation
Currently or previously worked in a large scale, fast paced environment
Experience creating programs and events centered around diversity, inclusion and studio culture
Responsibilities:
Organize and coordinate logistics for team events aimed at team building, inclusion, and efficiency for a diverse group of team members in hybrid and remote work setups
Assist with new hire relocation and acclimation
Build and manage a facilities team
Primary point of contact for facilities concerns between studio leadership and property management
Coordinate with the larger budget owners and finance partners as it relates to facilities
Coordinate business travel arrangements when necessary
Coordinate shipping for packages meant for the team, including corporate gifts and merchandise
Manage external vendors; setting-up new and maintaining existing relationships with suppliers for goods, services, and events.
