What You'll Do
We're looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator for Fortnite to help with Development, Business Operations & Program Management. In this position, you will partner with teams across Epic to maintain systems & processes that support sustainability, efficiency, and scalability, allowing the Fortnite team to deliver a fun and engaging experience to players.
In This Role You Will
- Identify inefficiencies and execute on opportunities for development process improvements while helping define and encourage best practices.
- Help drive Fortnite dev team growth needs and planning discussions.
- Maintain and improve Fortnite team structure & people allocation documentation and processes.
- Help teams maintain maximum development efficiency, coordinating tool improvement requests and hardware upgrade needs.
- Champion data integrity across our business operating systems.
- Own organization of team documentation.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings providing actionable notes to attendees post meetings.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years experience working with a software or game dev team.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and own development team operational improvements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience problem solving, tracking priorities, and multitasking within a fast-paced environment.
- Very detail-oriented, flexible, and consistent follow-through.
- Experience executing and managing development team operational processes.
- Proficiency with Sheets/Excel, knowledge of Airtable a plus.
- Self-starter that takes the initiative
- Experience in the games or software industry is required.
