Operations Associate

About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our operations team in the exciting world of mobile gaming. In this role, you’ll support various operational processes, ensuring timely and accurate management of customer orders, shipments, and inventory. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll help drive operational efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Order Management: Assist with processing and tracking customer orders to ensure prompt and accurate fulfillment. Coordinate with logistics partners to manage shipments and resolve any issues that come up.
• Inventory Management: Keep an eye on inventory levels, assist with stock audits, and help coordinate reordering processes to maintain optimal stock for our customers.
• Data Analysis: Dive into operational data to spot trends and identify areas for improvement. Prepare reports to support decision-making and boost operational efficiency.
• Process Improvement: Team up with the operations crew to develop and implement best practices and process enhancements that streamline workflows and elevate service quality.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with customer service, sales, and marketing teams to ensure smooth alignment on order processing, fulfillment, and inventory management.

• Support Customer Experience: Help tackle operational inquiries from the customer service team, providing timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• NetSuite ERP Utilization: Use NetSuite ERP to manage order processing, track inventory, and generate reports, ensuring accurate data management and operational effectiveness.

• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of operational processes and procedures. Generate regular performance reports for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in operations or supply chain management, preferably in consumer electronics or mobile gaming.
• Proficiency in NetSuite ERP or similar systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
