This position is for a temporary engagement through our staffing partner DZConneX.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this position.

Summary:

For over 30 years, Naughty Dog has been crafting best-selling, critically acclaimed games that constantly push the boundaries of narrative, gameplay, and technology. Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute Accounts Payable
  • Review invoice for appropriate documentation and obtain all necessary approvals
  • Generate purchase orders
  • Set up vendors and monitor contracts
  • Process transactions and ensure timely payment while following all necessary processes and policies
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and partners in a professional manner
  • Respond to all AP inquiries
  • Organize and coordinate inventory records and documentation
• Research, present and enlist the most efficient services and products for operations
• Archive significant company materials, preserving them both physically and digitally
• Coordinate studio visits and meetings
• Assist with the processing of employee expense reports
• Assist with freight/courier deliveries, and some distribution; sending out packages via various carriers
• Assist with the creation, coordination, planning and execution of company events
• Assist with facilities upkeep and coordination
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
• Assist staff and other departments as needed

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven ability to prioritize, manage and accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and to see those tasks through to completion at the highest quality
• Superb organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent ability to build trust and develop successful professional relationships at all levels of the organization and externally
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and internet savvy
• Experience with SAP
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Miro preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently with excellent problem resolution skills
• Proactive, reliable, adaptable, respectful, punctual, friendly and team-oriented with a positive attitude
• 3-5 years of administrative experience preferred
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
