Job Overview

World of Warships Legends team in Belgrade is looking for an Operational Game Designer. As a member of the Live Operations Team, you will have the opportunity to design, implement, and ensure delivery of the content features for our players.

World of Warships Legends is a multiplatform free-to-play naval action MMO that puts players in command of some of the most iconic ships in history. From agile destroyers to mighty battleships, players can choose from a variety of classes and nations as they battle it out on the high seas.

What will you do?

• Support in-game content creation with design and implementation
• Ensure its delivery to the players
• Create and support project documentation
• Provide support for new features and mechanics: participate in development discussions and consult on integrating new features

What are we looking for?

• Analytical thinking and attention to details
• Skilled in maintaining clear and structured documentation
• Ability to express thoughts clearly and concisely
• English skills: Upper-intermediate level or higher

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Experience in localization/copywriting
• Mathematical background and experience in statistics
• Understanding of F2P game models
• Familiarity with subversion/git or any other VCS
• Basic knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Russian language skills

Work mode

Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office)
