Operation Assistant

We are looking for an Operation Assistant - Live Ops to join our team and take charge of managing the live operations for our mobile games. If you're passionate about gaming, detail-oriented, and eager to make a significant impact on player engagement and revenue growth, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute configuration files for in-game events, promotions, and sales.
• Accurately input, validate, and manage data in our systems.
• Track and maintain the LiveOps calendar to ensure timely execution of events.
• Test and monitor configurations in production environments to ensure smooth functionality.
• Use dashboards to analyze the success of live operations and provide actionable insights.
• Identify and resolve issues in configurations to maintain high-quality standards.
• Work closely with QA and development teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any configuration-related challenges.
• Develop and implement validation tools to reduce configuration errors.

Requirements

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Engineering.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with experience creating validation tools.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
• Basic understanding of QA processes or willingness to learn.
• Passion for the gaming industry and a desire to grow within it.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive in addressing challenges.
