Online Technical Director - The Division - Resurgence

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Online Technical Director to lead the backend infrastructure for a AAA mobile project. Technically, this is an mmo project based on a successful license. The backend is therefore very important. You will be accountable for all online aspects, including budget management, production constraints, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Be technically accountable for the online needs on the projects, including budget definition, production constraints, performance, online infrastructure needs, vision & roadmaps to avoid technical debt etc..
- Suggest, put in place or improve solutions & methods that are necessary to the Online Server infrastructure , including yet not limited to: Databases, Server hosting, cost optimization
- You are « problem solver » oriented and act as the technical point of contact for the online team
- Analyze online technical needs to produce a technical vision, timeline for online architectural topic
- Communicate technical constraints & their reasoning to the producers and give visibility to the project team
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading technical aspects of complex online projects, ideally MMOs.
- Strong expertise in online infrastructure, including database management and cost optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
