Take-Two develops, publishes and markets some of the world's biggest games. We publish products through our labels Rockstar Games, 2K, Ghost Story, PlayDots, Social Point as well as Private Division label and Nordeus. Our Rockstar label creates Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead Redemption, two of the most critically acclaimed gaming franchises in history. Our 2K label creates games like NBA 2K, WWE 2K, Bioshock, Borderlands, Evolve, XCOM and the beloved Sid Meier's Civilization. Our Private Division label publishes Kerbal Space Program, Ancestors and The Outer Worlds.
Private Division is a developer-focused publisher that empowers studios to develop the games that they are passionate about creating, while providing the support that they need to make their titles critically and commercially successful on a global scale.
The label publishes the Kerbal Space Program franchise, Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey from Panache Digital Games, The Outer Worlds from Obsidian Entertainment, and Disintegration from V1 Interactive, with future unannounced projects in development. We are a dedicated and highly experienced publishing team based in New York City, Seattle, and Munich.

What You’ll Take On:
- Work with development studios to develop and support game server and data storage infrastructure needs for current and future games
- Develop tools and automation to enhance business productivity and efficiency
- Support multiple independent development studios with diverse initiatives
- Write clear, maintainable, and fast code as well as maintain robust technical design and software system documentation
- Make recommendations on improving product quality as well as group productivity, helping to identify and raise issues and risks to the various production teams
- Own overall service health, performance, monitoring, security, integration, and deployment
- Plan, communicate, and perform maintenances and general off hour work as needed
- Travel, both domestic and international, may be required (once it is safe to do so).
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years’ experience with C#, C++, or an equivalent OO Language
- .Net Core 3.1 experience preferable
- Web development experience preferred (familiar with REST, CRUD, and MVC)
- Experience with Entity Framework preferred
- Experience creating backend web services
- Experience with AWS or Azure
- Experience with SQL Server (or adjacent SQL technology)
- Experience with JavaScript (any framework)
- Experience with the Unity Game Engine or Unreal Game Engine
- Experience with Grafana, CloudWatch, Tableau, or a similar analytics platform
- A deep desire to learn and contribute to the creation of new games.
- Contribute to a culture of curiosity, empathy and mutual respect.
- Is comfortable learning new methods and tools and teaching others.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to gain and maintain the respect and trust of development teams through thoughtful discussion and perseverance.
