Ubisoft Connect is an ecosystem of player services for Ubisoft games on all platforms (console, PC, mobile, etc.). Ubisoft Connect is based on a web architecture of scalable microservices.
Our team’s day-to-day activities involve cross-studio collaborations with colleagues in Montreal, Malmö, Paris, Bucharest, Dusseldorf, and Kyiv. Each studio works toward delivering a cohesive set of services through the use of shared technologies, UX & design standards, and operational processes.

What you’ll do as an Online Programmer at Ubisoft Connect
As an Online Programmer, you’ll help us expand the current and upcoming microservices that power the Ubisoft Connect experience across all devices.
You’ll write scalable and reliable services deployed to AWS via our CI/CD pipeline. The development tools at your disposal will include C#, .Net Core, Docker, and NoSQL databases (such as Amazon DynamoDB, MongoDB, and Redis).
Within our small, multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and front-end developers in Montreal, Bucharest, Dusseldorf, Kyiv, and Malmö, you’ll apply your expertise to build new Ubisoft Connect features and evolve our core back-end tech.
What you bring
- Software development experience (or other relevant experience)
- Proficiency in a variety of programming languages (especially C#, C++, .Net Core, and WPF)
- Practical experience with Docker and NoSQL databases
- An understanding of live operations
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to remain calm when faced with setbacks - you know there’s always a solution at hand
- Empathy that allows you to see from both a player’s and your team’s point of view
