Online Marketing Manager (f/m/x)

Your tasks

Bytro Labs is one of Europe's biggest advertisers on TikTok, engaged in influencer marketing and preferred partner of many of the greatest advertising brands out there, including Meta and Google.

As Online Marketing Manager (f/m/x) you will support the performance-based acquisition of new players through these platforms from within the famous Team Performance. • Working on Bytro's SOV in order to fuel the growth of our award-winning portfolio
• Engage in the creation of new best performer ads that attract audiences worldwide
• Onboard new partners and technologies cross-platform
• Support bottom-line changing infrastructure projects
• Consult on product marketing aspects like first session, onboarding and monetization

Your profile

• You ran through at least two years of professional experience in the field of performance based advertising and have a sound understanding of platform mechanics as well as marketing KPIs
• You have spent the majority of that time on campaigns with a B2C focus
• You are used to crack tough nuts and won't give up easily
• You are a highly analytical data aficionado with a sense of initiative and a strong hands-on mentality
• You have a degree or a completed training in the field of Marketing, business economics or equivalent
• Experience in free2play games marketing or knowledge of the arabic language is a plus
