On Air Talent Booker, Prime Gaming Live

Have you ever wanted to be part of building a new entertainment business? We are looking for interactive creative contributors to join our Prime Gaming Live team to help us build and market cutting-edge entertainment content. Prime Gaming Live was created to explore new types of entertainment and bring the best of pop culture and gaming together. Our livestream programs are watched by millions of viewers on our Twitch channel. We are ready to ramp up our programming and build out our team.

We are hiring a Talent Booker to manage Guest and Talent Relations in conjunction with the creation of original programming for the Crown Channel on Twitch.

In this role you will:
· Be responsible for identifying, pitching, communicating and booking all levels of Talent from the Streamer, Entertainment, and Sports worlds to regularly appear on Crown Channel programming Work with Creative, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure the most appropriate talent are identified and booked for the appropriate shows
· Identify opportunities for Crown Channel personalities to appear on third-party programs in order to elevate the overall brand
· Develop and maintain professional relationships with agents, agencies, PR representatives to stay current on trending and available talent
· Demonstrate the ability to organize a creative process, communicate your intent and progress, and measure your results against clearly communicated business outcomes.

A day in the life
Attend pre-production meetings with Showrunners, Producers, Sales, Marketing stakeholders.
Research current celebrity and streamers with new work (movies, tv shows, streams, albums, tours)
Contact talent for availability for inclusion on Crown Channel shows, including requests for rehearsals, tech checks, social posting.

Basic Qualifications

· BA in Entertainment, Public Relations, Journalism, Gaming or related field/experience
· 6+ years of Top Tier Talent Booking
· Experience working directly with talent agents, publicists, and managers
· 2+ years of video game or streamer talent experience

Preferred Qualifications

· MS/MA in Journalism, Entertainment or Gaming Related field
· 4+ years of Production experience in Entertainment or Games Production Field
· 4+ years of producing and managing junket tours with AAA talent, including coordination between multiple live locations
· The ability to write a multi-page business paper and present it to management
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
