Office Operations Specialist

We are seeking a driven, enthusiastic and self-motivated Office Operations Specialist to join our fast-paced and vibrant team. The Operations Team sits at the heart of the studio and gets a unique opportunity to bring people together for collaboration, fun and connections. Adding to our company culture, you’ll be someone who takes ownership over their assignments.

This is a varied and dynamic role which will require strong prioritisation skills and outstanding work ethic. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, approachable, and helpful.

Responsibilities

• Diary management and administrative support for Co-Founders/Management
• Planning and delivery of company and team celebrations, and activities to bring staff together
• Sourcing, engaging, and liaising with contractors and suppliers eg Cleaning contract, M&E company, caterers etc
• Act as a first point of contact operational office issues and team requests
• Liaising with our internal creative team to develop and order company swag, monitor stock levels, and distribute
• Coordination of overseas travel for game teams and company Co-Founders
• Process related expenses
• Provide an energetic and inclusive atmosphere to the studio, including meet & greet of visitors, answering the phones, and receipt of deliveries

Requirements

• This role is office based, five days a week
• Experience within an all-round Office Coordinator / Administration or Executive Assistant role is essential (minimum 2 years experience)
• Self-sufficient and capable of working independently with outstanding time management skills
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate well with a variety of stakeholders
• Resilient, proactive, and flexible, with a highly positive attitude
• A natural people-person, and great at building relationships with internals and externals
