The role of our Office Manager is fun, demanding and comes with a huge variety, hence you need to be a great all-rounder, an expert multi-tasker and problem-solver with a friendly can-do attitude. You will be the backbone of our team and you will also be the first person employees will approach when there is an office issue. In this role you will work hand in hand with our management team, Human Resources and our media team. You would like to help us to make our office a great and healthy place to work for everyone? What you will do
- Help shape a positive office culture, bring in new ideas to increase productivity and motivation of the team
- Ensure the office is in perfect shape and a great place to work
- Manage relationships with suppliers and partners, e.g. cleaning company, catering, repairmen, groceries, building management, local hotels; review and approve office vendors bills
- Manage office supplies and budgets including lunch, snacks, drinks, etc.
- Welcome visitors guests and candidates and ensure they have a great experience
- Organize travels and meetings for our management team
- Provide ad hoc support to the team as needed
- Support our management team with administrative tasks and stay on top of new developments
- You have 2-3 years experience in office management, hospitality or similar roles
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- You have a fun, outgoing personality, you are a strong team player
- You are comfortable to work in a self-sufficient way
- You are always on the lookout for things to improve things around you and to come up with new ideas on how to make things even better
- You are an IT literate, with good working knowledge of Google mail, calendar, docs.
- You are fast, highly organized, able to juggle multiple schedules while managing priorities and keeping an overview on the bigger picture.
