Founded in 2007, Lumos Labs is the leader in brain training. Over 100 million users have used our Lumosity application to train their cognitive skills, playing our games over 7 billion times. We support trailblazing cognitive research and there have been over 65 peer-reviewed publications in academic journals using Lumosity games, assessments or data. We are building one of the premiere digital health brands and are looking for talented, mission-oriented people to join us on the journey. Lumos Labs is located in the SoMa area of San Francisco, CA with remote colleagues country- and world-wide. The Recruiting Coordinator position can be performed anywhere in the U.S.
We’re looking for a dynamic, proactive Office Manager to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate works well under pressure and will be able to hit the ground running – owning our company office move in the near future.
YOU ARE

- Capable of multitasking, juggling several tasks and reprioritizing as needed
YOU WILL
- Serve as the go-to point person for our company office move
- Manage vendor relations including realtors, shippers, movers, cleaners, etc.
- Collaborate with a team of leaders of versatile departments
- Assist with other People Operations team functions as needed – including onboarding, recruitment coordination, etc.
- Be responsible for company-wide communications via email, Slack, all-hands meetings, etc.
- Additional administrative functions as needed
YOU HAVE
- At least 2 years of experience as an Office Manager
- Experience successfully facilitating an office move (must-have)
- Demonstrated success managing vendors
- Phenomenal written and oral communication skills
- Basic understanding of budgetary processes
- A can-do attitude with exceptional problem-solving skillsSuperb strategic planning and organization skills
- The ability to set and manage priorities and meet critical deadlines
