Easybrain develops mobile games and applications that millions of people around the world play every day. We love what we do, and each of our employees is a professional in their field. Right now, we are looking for a dynamic Office Manager who will take care of our modern office.

Responsibilities:

- Working in a team with the Company's Office Manager;

- Purchase of groceries & stationery, shopping for the needs of the office;

- Inventory management and procurement;

- Maintaining the offices clean and in order (interaction with cleaners);

- Organization of workplaces of new employees;

- Organization of necessary office repairs and maintenance;

- Control of utilities payment;

- Coordinating with contractors (approval & signing of contracts, organization of payment, control of work execution);

- Mail management;

- Assistance with Company internal events;

- Close interaction with the HR and accounting team for day-to-day office matters.

Requirements:

- Work experience in a similar position of 2+ years;

- Higher education;

- Confident PC user, fluency in MS Excel, Word;

- Eye to detail, proactivity;

- Discipline, punctuality, responsibility;

- Ability to prioritize tasks and stress tolerance;

- Full working proficiency in English & Russian languages (Greek language is a strong advantage);

- Driving license (own car is an advantage).
