Office Manager - Leamington Spa, UK

We are currently looking for a delightful Studio Manager to join our Leamington Studio. While we are supportive of remote working and happy to enable whatever blend of home and office best empowers our team and their work, this role does require significant time in the office that you will be managing.

What Does a Studio Manager at Electric Square Leamington do?

• Registers visitors, guests and vendors in the office, ensure NDAs are signed and manage all incoming calls and deliveries.
• Serves as the main go-to person for office duties including maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, health & safety and errands.
• Ensures visitors can access the studios safely and oversee all areas of the studio, including kitchens, offices, meeting rooms, and equipment.
• Assists with remote workers and dealing with their requirements.
• Supports and organizes office events and employee gifts.
• Lends logistic support for staff travel and accommodation.
• Builds, maintains and cultivates external vendor relationships and be the main contact and liaison between the studio and the landlords.
• Support colleagues with administrative tasks, particularly the core services team and assist with studio revamp/fit-out projects.
• Acts as an occasional EA for the studio directors; helping with the administration as required.
• Ensures our studio is a lovely place to work and help everyone feel comfortable and connected, in the office and beyond.

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office.
