Madbox is a mobile gaming company, creating and publishing its own games worldwide. Since 2018 Madbox has gathered more than 300 million players, still growing. We are looking for top talents with mad skills, a mad passion and a mad ambition to join us.
We are looking for someone full of common sense and reactivity, capable of handling a variety of situations that makes the daily life of an Office Manager. As the heart of the studio and the main point of contact for our 55 Madboxers, we want someone that will diffuse our values in every possible tasks and discussions, through a genuine sense of service, care, and will to make everyone’s work life easier.
This position requires a true multitasking ability, as the missions you will have to handle can be very different:
- Onboarding of new Madboxers — From the welcome email to being their guide on their first day, you will be our newcomers’ reference point
- Coordinate external providers — Facilities management: cleaning team, follow up on consumables, security, insurance… and a bit of HR administrative tasks, such as our health insurance or occupational health.
- Orders — Computers, snacks, drinks, skateboard, funny hats, basket balls… yes, this is the kind of things you could have to deal with 👀
- Happiness — Animate the day to day life of the studio. Internal communications, breakfast, lunches, relaxing sessions or tea time… it’s up to you!
- Trips — Booking flights, hotel, and anything else our travelling Madboxers may need
And of course, make sure our office is the most comfy place for our team to work!
