As Office / HR Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the office runs safely and efficiently and for providing HR support based on policies, procedures and current employment law.

This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your organisational and communication skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and provide support across all departments as required, particularly at key project milestones.

Office Management:HR Management:Reports to: HR Director

Direct Reports: N/A

Your performance and commitment will be measured against self-assigned KPIs and performance metrics and reviewed alongside our HR Director, keeping the company vision, values and mission at the forefront.

Regular audits and reviews will ensure compliance with both H&S and HR regulations and laws, to keep the company, the employees and visitors safe.

You will need to be comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines to contribute to the growth, change and progression of XR Games.

Due to the nature of the role, the Office / HR Manager will be predominantly based on-site, with the option of some hybrid working where deemed appropriate.

Skills & Experience
੦ Excellent organisational and administration skills
੦ Good communication skills - written and verbal
੦ H&S Management
੦ Line managing or HR Management
੦ Familiarity with HR software
੦ Understanding of studio environment / gaming industry
੦ Event planning
੦ Good H&S knowledge from office environments.
੦ Good knowledge of HR practices.
੦ Good working knowledge and understanding of regulations, professional standards, policies and procedures and legislation.
੦ CIPD Level 5 or above
੦ IOSH Managing Safely
Or interest in developing in these areas.
