As Office Coordinator (f/m/d), you are the first face our internal and external stakeholders see. In this role, you will organize and coordinate daily office procedures and administration duties. Requirements
What you will do :
- Be the backbone of our team and the first person employees will approach when there is an office related request
- Coordinate daily office procedures in our small hybrid office
- Support employees with setting up their home office or moving back to the office in a post-Covid scenario
- Organise and run internal team events
- Monitor inventory and order office supplies including snacks, drinks, stationery
- Actively supervise the reception and coordinate our incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries during our normal working hours
Who you are :
- You have experience in hospitality or similar roles
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- You have a fun, outgoing personality, and you are a strong team player
- You see work when it needs to get done
- You are motivated and have a positive can-do attitude
- You are comfortable working in a self-sufficient way
- You have good IT literacy, with an excellent working knowledge of Gmail, Calendar, Docs.
- You are fast, highly organised, able to juggle multiple schedules and competing priorities while keeping an overview of the bigger picture
