The Challenge
The Office Coordinator will be the first point of contact for guests, business partners, visiting employees and vendors who come through the office every day. Will be responsible for managing and facilitating key tasks and procedures to ensure the office runs efficiently while providing the behind the scenes support our teams need to allow them to focus on what they do best, building great games.
What You’ll Take On
- Greet guests, interview candidates, corporate visitors, internal employees, and vendors with a warm and welcoming demeanor at the front desk.
- Set up meeting rooms and manage the conference room schedule.
- Coordinate the incoming and outgoing delivery of mail and packages.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and food and beverages in the kitchen.
- Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures.
- Find opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems.
- Provide other vital administrative support, including scheduling group meetings, managing catering orders, and maintaining all areas of the workplace to ensure it looks pristine at all times.
- Communicates with building management regarding any issues or requests.
- Assist with event planning and implementation and maintain records of vendors and venues.
- Ensure office equipment and furniture is properly maintained and serviced.
What You Bring
- 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative or office management/customer service role
- Ability to work with minimal direction
- Strategic problem solver with an analytic mind
- Ability to interact with vendors and external contacts in a professional manner
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
