Office Coordinator (Contract)

Epic Games is looking for a temporary Office Coordinator contractor that can assist with daily tasks at our Larkspur office.

Responsibilities:

• Reception - greeting and directing visitors
• Processing shipments and assisting with office deliveries
• Managing food and catering
• Helping keep office common areas clean and tidy
• Assisting in management of Swag
• Helping with events and morale building
• Assisting with general office organization and support

Qualifications:

• General office administrative experience
• Positive attitude
• Being proactive
• Having an enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• MS Office or Google Suite Experience
