Office Assistant

With multiple awards to our name, Larian Studios has proven that we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality role-playing games. We strive to engage our players on every level, including with our systems. As office assistant, you will work closely with the studio head and the office manager and will assist the team in several tasks. The position is full time.

Responsibilities

• Take a proactive role in the general 'quality of life' in the office, looking for and implementing ways to make office life shine
• Assist with the day to day running of the office.
• Planning and carrying out company events.
• Take care of and organise the maintenance of the office buildings
• Arrange maintenance and repairs when needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.
• Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments by vendors and contractors.
• Coordinate intra-building moves
• Be the point of contact for third parties (security, cleaning services,...) to keep the operations running smoothly.
• Assist in general company administration

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Assertiveness, interpersonal skills, autonomy, discretion, proactivity.
• Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office suite, Google Docs; proficiency with technologies.
• Flexible and adaptable.
