Office Administrator

Turtle Rock Studios is an award-winning independent game developer best known for its work on AAA franchises like Left 4 Dead, Evolve, and Counter-Strike and are currently working on Back 4 Blood! We are a diverse team of inspired content creators, artists and engineers who share a passion for making fun, innovative games that gamers love to play.

We are seeking a dynamic and organized front Office Admin/Receptionist. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a creative environment while maintaining order and flow in the fast-paced and ever-changing world of video game development. You will be responsible for maintaining the environment of our studio while also being the first person anyone meets when entering our offices.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients & vendors and have them sign our NDA.
• Regularly interface with studio management.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate conference rooms in Google Calendar.
• Keep the kitchen stocked and tidy.
• Order office & kitchen supplies.
• Order dinners/lunches for teams.
• Coordinate with property management for repairs/heating/cooling.
• Responsible for shipping & receiving, including for community prizes and events.
• Book and arrange office perks, such as laundry service and on-site massage.
• Maintain our current fob system.
• Generally keep the studio organized and neat.
• Be available for occasional on-call duties for after-hours maintenance/repairs.
• Assist IT with new hire tasks.
• Maintain calendars for President, Head of HR and Operations Manager.
• Assist with new hire onboarding.
• Travel arrangements, air, hotel & car service.

Requirements

• Proficient at Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
• Customer service experience
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Must have a great attitude and be reliable
• Able to lift 25-30 lbs.
• Must have transportation for studio errands
