ABOUT THE JOB
Gunzilla Games is looking for an Office Administrator, to work closely with our CEO & CSO. You will have endless opportunities to make an impact and demonstrate your creative and innovative approach to problem-solving. You will help oversee all daily office operations, including managing communal spaces and liaising with external contacts and vendors; you will also help streamline daily office management administration. In addition, you will help manage the diaries of our co-founders' scheduling appointments, maintain an events calendar, and send reminders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- As an Office Administrator, you will:
- Handling all office-related administrative work.
- Working with vendors to make sure office supplies, catering/lunches, snacks, & drinks are always stocked.
- Management of facilities across the office
- Knowledge of and ability to comply with German health and safety requirements
- Managing office design, layout, and ergonomics
- Closely aligned with HR regarding new hire onboarding, and facilitating with employee relocations, as required
- Close collaboration with IT for the management and administration of tech equipment.
- Responsible for the financial administration of office operational expenses
- Facilitating Marketing and events department
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years of strong previous experience in an Office Administration or Receptionist role
- Facilities Management Experience
- Exceptional communication skills in English and German, liaising with outside contacts, vendors, and all levels of management and staff.
- Tenacious self-starter with a high level of initiative and strong follow-through.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing interests in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to confidently and effectively handle multiple assignments at once.
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to take the reins on various projects and duties.
- Outgoing, and diplomatic with a poised professional demeanor; able to work independently or alongside a team.
