Assignment duration – Full-Time Regular
Over time pay rate 1.5x based on state and local regulations.
1. Basic Function:
The role of Office Administrator supporting the Quality Assurance team and involves a great deal of multitasking. You will work with teams, oversee the office operations within the Quality Assurance group, manage facilities, coordinate with management and engage in planning according to the needs of the business. If there are office resource or administrative issues, you will be the person expected to deal with them. including shipping, receiving and distributing parcels, offering administrative support across the organization, such as preparing invoices for payment, coordinating and booking travel and organizing expense requests. This is a full-time regular position.
2. Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receiving vendors, visitors and job applicants by greeting, welcoming, directing them and notifying appropriate company personnel of their arrival
• Maintains security by following procedures, employing guest logbook system, issuing visitor badges, maintaining and issuing employee loaner badges and replacement badges
• Manages shipping and receiving of parcels
• Places product sample orders
• Receives and distributes employee store orders
• Assists in planning and arranging events, including organizing catering
• Assists leadership team with booking of travel and submittal of expense requests
• Assists in purchase orders, invoicing and submittal for payment
