PUBG Corp is looking for an Office Manager who will be responsible for a myriad of office functions. This essential squad member will be corresponding with staff, managing vendors, ordering supplies, filing, and assisting the General Manager. Being able to turn on a dime and redirect your focus on new tasks when needed will be a critical factor in the success in this role. This squad member will help maximize the efficiency of all employees by providing administrative support to our growing Santa Monica office. The ideal candidate for this role is a support player at heart. You must be a flexible teammate, ready to accommodate urgent requests, both internal and external, at the drop of a hat. To be successful in this role, a background in administration within a gaming or tech company is a must. It’ll be up to you to make sure the office ecosystem is maintained and streamlined.
Responsibilities
- Liaising with PUBG staff, building management staff, suppliers, clients, and visitors
- Working with building management on issues related to requests, staffing changes, office maintenance, and parking
- Management of the office budget
- The ordering of stationery, furniture, IT systems hardware/software, and breakroom supplies
- Maintaining the kitchen/break rooms with items so that they are always well stocked and free of clutter
- Working with the building for any office upkeep or repairs
- Working with the office and HR Team for any in-office events
- Mail packages and letters as needed
- Monitoring, improving, and streamlining the office’s overall environment
- Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
- Maintaining and updating contact information for all staff, vendors, and clients
- Organizing meetings and appointments
- During office down time, will work with HR team to assist with various generalist duties. Areas will include working as administrative assistant for the recruiter, collecting HR related data, updating job descriptions, and other HR tasks as necessary
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of complex administrative or relevant professional experience
- Fluency English
- Advanced attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
- Excellent MS Office Suite skills; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Having a positive and upbeat attitude
- Hungry for Chicken
Pluses
- Experience working with a gaming or tech company
- BA/BS Degree or relevant professional experience
- A certification or a high degree of skill working with Excel, Kissflow, Concur, Greenhouse, ADP and Workday or related systems.
- Experience with HR generalist duties or recruitment
