NINTENDO DIGITAL ACCOUNT LEAD
The EA Digital Commercial team is looking for a passionate Nintendo Digital Account
Lead to join us and lead the digital commercial activities of the Global Nintendo
Account.

You will be part of a team leading the transition to digital through creative business
models and execution. The Account Lead will drive the account relationship with the
Nintendo 3rd Party and Store teams, achieve digital sales targets and ensure best-inclass
promotions of EA products on the Nintendo Switch platforms globally.
You will evaluate all strategic opportunities to maximize EA market share on Nintendo
Switch by guiding digital content and launches, and managing the relationships with
Nintendo.

Working with the Digital Merchandising team, internal marketing, operations and other
EA commercial teams, you will want to achieve top-notch player journeys across the
Nintendo Switch digital storefront experience and implement strategies to increase
conversion and improve engagement by pushing for and leveraging platform tools.
You will report to the Global Account Director, Sony/Nintendo, and will be an essential
contributor to the broader Global Commercial Organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead EA portfolio commercial execution on the Nintendo Switch store by
contributing to/adapting and accomplishing the Global Nintendo Switch 3 year
Global Commercial Strategy.
Establish pricing and promotional strategy for products across different business
models on the Nintendo Switch platform
Oversee the full product life-cycle merchandising strategy within Nintendo Switch
through organic and paid channels in collaboration with the Digital
Merchandising Leadership
Work closely with digital merchandising teams to ensure outstanding execution
of content metadata
Drive visibility, understanding, and support for ongoing commercial activities with
Nintendo
Create business opportunity assessments to increase market share and process
efficiencies
Contribute to test and learn plans for new strategies to improve digital
experience, value, and performance
Provide weekly and monthly business updates to all partners with performance
reviews and upcoming plans
Lead quarterly Joint Business Review Sessions with Nintendo to determine
strategic plans and roadmaps
Drive the development of post-mortems on all important beats through
cross-metric evaluations
Partner with studio and marketing teams to guide commercial messaging across
all EA’s local social/community channel

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Education: Masters or Bachelor’s degree.
6 or more years of experience in e-Commerce, business analysis, online
sales/marketing or related
In-depth understanding of the gaming industry and electronic software download
channels
Ability of building mutually beneficial relationships with our partners
