Network Support Engineer-Yanjiao 网络支持工程师-燕郊

• Perform Day to Day responsibilities including but not limited to responding to escalated IT tickets, troubleshooting production environment, creating/updating technical documentation, performing network changes such as VLAN configurations and firewall security policies
  履行日常职责，包括但不限于处理升级的IT故障报告单、查找制作环境存在的故障，编写更新技术文档，进行网络设置，如VLAN配置，变更防火墙安全政策
• Uses strong analytical skills to diagnose problems (hardware, software, network, sysadmin etc.) and determines appropriate solutions
  运用强大的分析能力诊断问题（硬件、软件、网络、系统管理等）并确定适当的解决方案
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of Windows-oriented environment, firewalls, switches, DNS, and network security best practices.
  深入了解Windows环境、防火墙、交换机、DNS及网络安全最佳实操方案
• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, peripherals, network infrastructure
  维护、分析、故障排除和修复计算机系统、周边设备，网络基础设施
• Knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, network applications and operating systems

Requirements

Qualifications

• A relevant degree (Computer Science, IT, etc.) with 5 years of real-world experience or 10 years of relevant professional experience
  持有IT相关专业学位，5年以上工作经验；或10年以上相关领域经验
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
  良好的英语口语和书面表达能力
• Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems
  具备 Jira 或相似工单系统的使用经验

Skills

• Strong experience with Network device management: Firewall, switch, router

• Strong experience in troubleshooting desktops issues: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Network configuration
