Network Server/Online Programmer

Job Description

What you will do:

- The scope of the position includes all kinds of server or network related works. Successful applicants will be assigned to tasks on the demand of the project including, but not limited to:

- Integrate 3rd party libraries to game server

- Cooperate with other team members or external partners to finish server side programming works

- Other server side programming works

Qualifications

What you should be equipped with:

- Excellent Node.js programming skill. Familiar with NO-SQL databases, such as Redis, MongoDB, Couchbase.

- Online game development experience (server); Distributed Systems programming experiences

- Experiences in creating efficient, well-organized server; Familiar with network protocols: HTTP, HTTPS, WebSocket, TCP, UDP. Experiences on Git.

- Understanding design patterns and practice them in programming; Knowledge of network security issues and countermeasures.

- Follow a good coding convention, doing tests before committing your code. A good habit to comment in source code and write documents in English.

- Self-motivated. Excellent communication skills with good oral and written English;

Bonus Points

- Experience in other programming languages e.g: PHP, C#, Go …

- Have basic knowledge of HTML, (preferably 1 Framework like Vue.js, or Angular) is a Plus

- Familiar with OpenAPI, Macroservice, MySQL

- Experiences to use Linux, Cloud Service.
