Job Description
CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a Network Programmer to support our team in Wrocław in order to help us deliver the highest possible quality online experience. The person in this position will be responsible for designing and implementing the network layer of RED Engine, and will have influence on its future shape.
Daily Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing the network layer of RED Engine.
- Helping to design and implement multiplayer features to existing systems.
- Participating in shaping the future of RED Engine.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, mathematics or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Deep knowledge of C/C++.
- Good communication skills and an ability to work within a team.
- Familiarity with Visual Studio.
- Knowledge of game engine architecture.
- Ability to easily communicate in English.
- Thorough understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, NAT and network issues.
Nice to have
- Experience in multiplayer games development.
