Aristocrat is seeking a National Sales Team Assistant who will be responsible for proactively establishing, implementing, and performing administrative duties for and on behalf of the National Sales Team, with a primary focus on Australian Sales.
Reporting to the National Strategic Accounts Manager the role requires the National Sales Team Assistant to support the National Sales Manager and the National Strategic Accounts Manager to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of sales administration and support for the Australian Sales Team.What you'll do
Supporting Role for both National Sales Manager and National Strategic Accounts Managers
- Organizing events, sponsorship, travel etc
- Enter & process expenses where required
- EGM/Service/System Buying Agreements for all Sales
- Create and coordinate the execution of Buying Agreements
- Maintaining all Buying Agreements processes; including Salesforce, DocuSign and Agreement execution
Key Accounts
- Assist with drafting of all customer facing documentation
- Assist with setting up the process of all meetings for customers along with key attendees
Sales Support
- Raise Sales Orders when required
- Prepare Quotations when required
- Processing of new orders when required
Salesforce Support
- Support with Sales Process Digitalization
- Salesforce data cleanse of account details and customer contacts
- Provide general support to National Sales Team
- Build effective relationships with other team members and employees in the company
- Be proactive in identifying areas for process improvement
- Any other reasonable directive
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 3 years experience in office administration
- At least 2 years business experience
- Relevant computer courses – Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent administration skills with experience in managing an office
- Proven track record
- Excellent organizational skills—ability to handle multiple ongoing projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be customer oriented
