This role reports to our Senior Multimedia Designer and operates within a UK-based creative studio, you’ll need to possess and demonstrate a proven track record of working within the challenges and demands inherent to a dynamic, fast-paced creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop designs for a variety of global multimedia projects, including video edits, metadata requirements, social media advertising, stings and 1st party submission material.
- Contribute to projects such as style guides, storyboards, trailers, stings, social media advertising, animated GIF’s and more.
- Create and finalise video content, including subtitling, editing, compressing to specific guidelines, and producing intro and text animations.
- Collaborate with Brand Managers to ensure brand adherence to brand guidelines and that territorial versions are tailored to their respective market.
- Produce content using supplied assets, stock assets, in-house created assets, or assets developed from scratch.
- Manage projects from concept through to final exported animation.
- Interpret briefs from Brand Managers to ensure visual identity of each game aligns with its content and resonates with the target audience.
- Conduct research on trends, technology, competitors and material related to our titles.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive content.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years industry experience working in a creative studio.
- Qualified to degree level, preferably in a related field.
- 2D/3D animation, motion graphic and video editing skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere is a mandatory requirement.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and Unreal are preferred.
- Strong creative and design skills.
- Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and animation.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working independently, taking initiative, and effectively collaborating as part of a wider team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

The role is hybrid, we're expecting you in our Milton Keynes offices a couple of days a week.
