What We're Looking For

N3TWORK Studios is looking for a Motion Graphics Artist/Editor to create compelling concepts and assets for our mobile game titles across major social and ad publishing networks. We are looking for a creative and talented individual who has big ideas and wants to create videos, specifically for performance-based marketing and app store content. Coming up with original ideas to capture attention and initiate downloads is of the highest priority, combined with the experience of analyzing and incorporating data-driven learning. Additionally, the right candidate will have an awareness of current marketing trends, mobile games and blockchain.

Responsibilities

• Concept new and original ideas for user acquisition advertising following specific brand and style guidelines.
• Create, Iterate, Resize, Localize and Optimize videos and static assets for various mobile advertising platforms including: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Ad Networks, In-Game Ads, etc.
• Ability to work on pre-existing project source files delivered from vendors or internal creatives to make iterations.
• Ability to export high-quality raw content from 3D and 2D game files.
• Successfully produce concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Collaborate in a team-oriented environment and implement feedback from creative leads and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of creative marketing experience in mobile gaming company, agency or related creative studio environment, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your breadth of skill and project contributions.
• Strong Proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience with 3D software (3DS Max, Cinema 4D, Maya, Unity, etc) a plus.
• Ability to create particle effects using industry standard plug-ins like Red Giant Trapcode, Red Giant Universe Suite, Video Co-Pilot, Optical Flares, and Element 3D, etc.
• Must possess a hybrid skill set including strong foundation in motion graphics, editing, sound design, VFX, composition, typography and quality design.
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines, prioritize projects and take constructive creative criticism.
• An interest in performance driven creative, and an ability to spot trends or patterns in content in order to establish best practices for new content generation.
• Passionate about mobile games and technology, with hands-on experience creating assets for mobile games.
• Technical and troubleshooting skills.
