Responsibilities
- responsible for the game’s ad-hoc activities and for the coordination between departments to bring them all to life.
- proactive in approaching challenging tasks, able to adapt quickly to changing situations, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- manage and plan day-to-day activities and work closely with the monetization, product, game economy, R&D and business analysts departments.
- configure, validate and ensure the smooth execution of promotions, features, Live events and A/B testing, from beginning to end.
Requirements
- English proficiency both spoken and written
- Excel - basic knowledge
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical role (QA)
- SQL - basic knowledge
- Previous experience in CRM
- Highly attentive to details, thorough, responsible and punctual
- Strong technical skills, ability to learn and operate multiple applications
- Strong problem solving/ troubleshooting skills
- Analytic skills and the ability to work with large data sets
