We are looking for an outstanding Monetization Operations Specialist, to join us in the magic of creating Free-to-Play mobile games!
Responsibilities
- Manage daily Activity
- Training & Monitoring
- Key person between OPS and Daily Team
- Manage The daily Activity - Collaboration with other departments
- Working closely with all departments to ensure the OPS works effectively across all aspects.
- Managing the operation of monetization activities inside the game through the game’s Back end system: setting up promotions, controlling game features,
- Working with product managers and analysts to monitor and report on the performance of the promotions and events and their impact on KPIs and game health.
- Setting Social Promotions and Weekly Activity
- Managing the operation of monetization activities inside the game through the game’s Back end system: setting up promotions, controlling game features, creating pricing configurations, segmentation, CRM control, prizes awarding, etc
- Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all the promotions, event and live tests
- Responsible for setting up campaigns in the game’s Back Office
- Work with QA team to make sure the campaigns configurations are working in the live version
- Over time availability and planning
- Execute MM activities that are required after office time
- Delegate and plan the overtime tasks
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in QA or live operations or other relevant fields
- SQL Queries
- Writing and executing the needed actions on the DB
- Strong computer skills, the ability to operate multiple applications and platforms simultaneously
- Analytical thinking, the ability to think beyond the numbers and understand the full impact of different decisions on the game as a whole Experience with test documentation and planning (STD,STP)
- Product Side of the Job:
- Be the Focal Person for BOOST
- Perform Business Internals
- Gather New Requirements for System (dedicated Internal System)
- Proactive and creative with the drive to improve and continuously learn
Nice to Have:
- Experience as Technical Operation Specialist/ Configuration Specialist /Technical Support/ Technical Project Manager/ Business Operation Specialist Technical background
