We're looking for a motivated and talented Monetization Manager to join our new & innovative global gaming studio, now breaking ground in Israel.
As a Monetization Manager, you’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Economy and Analytics teams to insure that our players will get the best LiveOps experience and that we meet our business KPI’s.
You will have full end-to-end ownership over planning & execution of all Monetization initiatives: Create a Monetization Calendar with promotions, offers, user journeys, AB tests & LiveOps events. You will be in charge of executing your plans using different CRM tools & systems.
Role
- Managing LiveOps ongoing content, from Marketing briefs & CRM plans to technical execution. Responsible for improving & innovating our promotions, offers & campaigns.
- Creating a monthly Monetization calendar that will determine all the content & offers each segment of players will receive.
- Constantly changing the Monetization content & offers according to real time performance·
- Working closely with designers, economy, analytics, developers, and product managers.
- Managing the operation of the Monetization activities inside the game through the game’s Back End system: Setting up promotions including messaging assets & pricing configuration, controlling game features, segmentation, etc.
- Planing & executing CRM activities via external communication tools such as emails, push notifications and more.
Profile
- Experience as a Monetization Manager/ CRM Manager/ LiveOps Specialist in a mobile gaming company- A must·
- Proactive and creative with the drive to improve and continuously learn·
- Highly responsible individual with the ability to work well alone & in a team environment·
- Strong analytical competencies·
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively·
- Technical background - Advantage·
- Bachelor degree in industrial engineering/bussiness/economycs - Advantage
