Do you want to become a Jelly Buttoneer? We are looking for an outstanding Monetization Manager mastermind, to join us in the magic of creating Free-to-Play casual mobile games!
Responsibilities
In this role you will be part of our winning Monetization team!
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing all the players that have ever joined our games across different segments, according to their motivation and behaviors.
Developing quarterly and monthly plans aligned with the strategy that leverages all product features and marketing tools, in addition to coming up with exciting new and innovative concepts and communicating those to our players.
You will be responsible of Revenue and Retention KPIs and will plan and execute monetization strategies that will motivate and encourage the players to stay, play and pay aligned with the business objective and KPIs targets.
You will develop Campaigns in the form of promotions and LiveOps and be in charge of their implementation throughout the stages: Conceptualizing, campaign design, creative development of all communication channels, operational launch of the campaign, monitoring its results and reacting accordingly and analyzing it, all while working closely with the creative team, game designers, product owners and BA team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, CRM or Product Marketing (in the online industry- an advantage)
- Proven analytical competencies and data oriented
- Focus on consumer behavior in digital entertainment/games - advantage
- Strong English written/verbal communication skills
- A gaming enthusiast- A must! Previous experience in the gaming industry- Big advantage
- Product Marketing experience as advantage
- Organized and details oriented
- People person
