Playtika is looking for a Monetization Analysis Manager to join us!

Responsibilities
- Partner with business units on promoting and translating Boost features into business opportunities with actionable recommendations to achieve studio targets
- Support the business units in implementation of the Boost features, maximizing the feature capabilities and ongoing practices to increase value to studios
- Understand the pain and need raised by the business units, assess relevancy to other studios and work with the Boost Product Department to align these needs with the Boost monetization roadmap
- Support new business units in the onboarding process to the Boost platform: build strategic plans to set up the priority based on studio needs and capacity
- Work closely with Boost units in planning and shaping monetization strategies that will motivate and encourage the players to stay, play and pay
- Compile and analyze internal games’ activities and provide actionable recommendations accordingly to all studios
- Manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as Monetization Manager, Marketing Manager, CRM or Product Marketing Manager (in the online industry- an advantage)
- Analytical work experience – a big advantage
- Highly proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- A structural approach to data with strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
- Advanced Excel, Tableau, preferably Vertica knowledge – strong advantage
- A methodological approach for data together with the ability to present the data clearly and efficiently to support business decisions
- Strong English written/ verbal communication skills
- A people person, positive, initiator, curious, independent, and a quick learner
- Personal gaming background – an important advantage
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent presentation skills
