Mobility/People Operations Associate (12 month Maternity Cover)

Your Mission.
As a one-year fixed-term maternity cover contract, the focus for the Mobility/People Operations Associate will be to focus on facilitating Mobility and People Operation requests from the business. The role is ideally suited to an individual who is proactive and has previous knowledge/experience in Mobility but is also looking to expand their knowledge and develop new skills within the Human Resource area.
Although the role is fixed-term, due to the continued expansion of the business there may be an opportunity to potentially transfer to a permanent position. Due to covering both Mobility and People Operations, the role will provide a variety of problems to solve and stakeholders to interact with.

Areas of Impact:
- Facilitate and support business traveler assistance through internal tools as well as a corporate travel partner
- Manage destination services
- Provide necessary documentation to assist in Onboarding new employees when traveling to the UK for induction
- Create business cost estimates for Talent
- Collaborate with Talent Operations to generate paperwork for Mobility agreements
- Management of immigration service demand and liaise with immigration lawyers to ensure delivery meet deadlines
- Assist relocating employees with timelines and initiate the necessary services from the preferred supplier list
- Assist People Operations where applicable to update the internal HR portal Complete project work
We would like to hear from you if you identify with the following:
- Proven track record of coordinating Mobility functions for a Global company (Office locations in more than one country with the need to move people between offices, this can either be as a service provider or an internal employee)
- Basic knowledge of the UK immigration system (specifically with Skilled Worker, Tier 5 and Business Visitor visas)
- Previous experience with working with facilitating business travellers and problem-solving their issues
- Worked on generating paperwork for contracts or addendums to contracts for employees
- Stakeholder management background for customers of services provided by either a mobility or people function
- Management of suppliers including expense tracking and delivery timelines
- Demonstrable experience in a customer service environment, with an inherent drive for going above and beyond to anticipate and meet the needs of staff or ‘internal customers’.
- Interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Able to adapt your communication style to best interact with different people across different cultures, job functions, and levels.
- Problem-solver, speedy at taking action, tackles tasks or problems head-on, using own resourcefulness and initiative to achieve tasks and overcome challenges
- Team player works well in a team environment and is able to collaborate, give and receive feedback gracefully.
