Your Mission.

As a one-year fixed-term maternity cover contract, the focus for the Mobility/People Operations Associate will be to focus on facilitating Mobility and People Operation requests from the business. The role is ideally suited to an individual who is proactive and has previous knowledge/experience in Mobility but is also looking to expand their knowledge and develop new skills within the Human Resource area.

Although the role is fixed-term, due to the continued expansion of the business there may be an opportunity to potentially transfer to a permanent position. Due to covering both Mobility and People Operations, the role will provide a variety of problems to solve and stakeholders to interact with.

The successful candidate will join a fun, hardworking, energetic, and supportive team in a challenging, modern, fast-paced environment ensuring all internal and external stakeholders receive an outstanding experience.

Being part of a growing company, you must demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving abilities to prioritize frequent, last-minute changes using a high level of integrity and discretion with regard to confidential information.
