Responsibilities:
- Develop immediate, mid-to-long-term business and technical mobile paid ad product strategy for the next generation of user acquisition at Age of Learning.
- Lead and execute the development of paid media performance plans for newly launched products and execute to maximize value and provide support for current products.
- Able to manage and optimize ad campaigns across mobile networks and direct in-app inventory
- Work with Marketing, Creative, Production, Product, and Strategy Teams to build media plans, performance metrics, and budgets that align with subscription goals – and be prepared to update them quickly as priorities may shift.
- Monitor, optimize, and report the performance of campaigns on an ongoing basis.
- Identify new partner, platform, and optimization opportunities to drive paid campaign performance.
- Identify the highest impact multi-variate testing opportunities, prioritize, execute, track results and communicate to game and marketing teams.
- Daily, weekly, and quarterly budget forecasting and reporting of results.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive hands-on experience in driving an increased number of subscribers and installs through mobile app campaigns.
- 3+yrs of consumer paid advertising/media buying experience with a strong track record of measurable results.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments, preferably in an internet, financial, or consumer-based subscription business
- Naturally Data-driven and intuitive grasp in comprehending and utilizing Adjust, Sensor Tower, Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics, AdWords, etc.
- Ability to identify problems and work across departments to solve issues. Special emphasis on problem-solving for data inconsistency, fraudulent traffic, platform malfunctions, and inaccurate reporting
- Understanding and experience of campaign set up, pixel placement, server to server tracking, SDK implementation, and usage of UTM parameters
- An industry expert, on top of current trends in the marketplace
- Experience working in a metric-driven role focused on ROI
- Experience – and a desire – to do both strategic planning and daily execution/optimization.
- Ability to work and communicate with areas outside of Digital Marketing, e.g. Engineering, Brand, PR, etc
- Confidence in presenting reports and goals with upper management
- Outstanding communication skills – both written and spoken.
- Management experience is a plus.
- Ability to leverage industry network a plus
- Marketing or communications degree, or proven track record in a quantitative/problem-solving environment (or equivalent training and experience).
